I am inclined to vote against the consolidation unless MPO management provide a clear picture prior to the meeting that they are making solid progress on the various projects.

I will not be attending, so I will pretty much need to decide prior to.

I have not had good experiences with capital consolidations in the past, so I feel that management do have a resposibility to reassure holders that it is in their best interests to consolidate. This needs to be done prior to the event.
