Jim - I was surprised to receive a secure message from my broker yesterday about WTG (I sold my shares a year ago). It isn't only SGH's holders suing for anything they can think of apparently. It's contagious.

I wonder who'll get their hands on the mythical billion dollars first?

Please be advised that we have been informed of a claim by current and former shareholders of Watchstone Group plc (formerly Quindell plc), being brought against the company for allegedly releasing inaccurate information to the market in relation its financial position.Summary of the Claim:'Quindell shares rose from 37p to nearly 650p between May 2011 and April 2014. The central allegation is that, over the period May 2011 to August 2015, the directors of Quindell misled their shareholders and the market about the financial position of the company. The directors, it is claimed, published misleading statements and/or made dishonest omissions which their shareholders and the market generally relied on when making their decision to purchase or retain shares in the company.We are now communicating with the legal firm bringing the litigation against the company on behalf of institutional clients, Harcus Sinclair, and are contacting our underlying holders who may be affected. According to the terms of the litigation, potential claimants must have held Watchstone shares at some stage between May 2011 and 5 August 2015. Investors who purchased shares between December 2013 and April 2014 may have suffered the highest losses, as this was the period when the share price was most inflated'. The current information we have received is of a preliminary nature, and we have been informed by Harcus Sinclair that they are now in the process of preparing documentation with which potential claimants can formally join the action. Upon receipt of such information we will contact customer who may be affected and provide them with further details.
