I am personally fan of Mr. Dale Rogers (Executive Chairman) which one can very well make out from previous posts.

Just like many of you, I do appreciate & respect for making things operational in last 1+ year for CTL (formerly AYC) but I still can’t believe where $ 26+ Million revenue generated in last One+ year had gone. They are begging now again for just 1 Million Dollar and relying on same old Technique (like previous management) of Capital Raise from existing Shareholders at discounted price.

I am sensing something big wrong. If somebody has access to management, please do ask it.
