They wanted his talent and his plan so much there is a possibility they paid for  it therefore explaining the irregularity in the employment expenses.

There is also a possibility that he paid for it himself....there are only two options and I'm presenting both, again........but do us a favor MWAC your "serious board" work is limited to sideline pop shots without substance.........open up your browser. smoke a peace pipe,  and have a look in all the announcements and attempt to solve nearly the massive jump  in employment quarter  expenses for one quarter, then an immediate reversion back.....

This is the real issue and a serious issue for a company which held $5 million in cash those days  a market capitalisation of around $8 -9 million giving an enterprise value of about $3-4 million and $..........

Employment costs are stable now around $1,100 but that is now where more heads have been added and not then when the full deck was yet to come.

That amount of money is a lot to a little company like ours.............I just want accountability for funds deployed..........
