''If you can't understand the clear and obvious here, You have serious issues?''
Not me, it is your posts that are long winded, convoluted and messy. Probably a reflection of the mind that composes the mess.
Nor have you actually addressed the issue or the problem of failed prophesy
You simply seize onto key words - power - holy spirit, etc - and start chirping like you have solved the issue....wow. look how easy that was, gee I'm so clever.
Never realizing that your posts and your thinking is slack and messy and that you have not resolved anything.
Considering,,,, and as it was from the beginning, that I was addressing, answering Your post which referenced to this following Mark 9:1 "Subject", the evidence following suggests, it is You that has all these problems you mention here.
Just for you, I'll right in blue, in the hope you might see, what is true. NOTE: Kingdom of God come with power, no more no less, no gathering and Not everyone and so on.
The following references makes it so clear and obvious, that it goes without saying (for some), that the Prophesy "was" well and truly fulfilled.
So just like the Transfiguration subject, you can't see the Mark 9:1 and "IT'S" subject, "because" your not watching the road in front and fixated on "another" event/subject five chapters "away".
Do I have to get Coppo to rescue YOU again??? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mark 9:1 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, that there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the "kingdom of God come with power".
To some of them that stood there, who were to be rewarded, (not judge and not everyone) because they were not ashamed of him or the Fathers words he spoke, ref in Mark 8:38 prior to Mark 9:1;
Jesus's words Luke 24:49 - And behold, I send the promise (kingdom with power John Ch 14) of my Father, upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endured with power from on high.
Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after the Holy Spirit is come upon you.
Acts 2:2-4 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting,
3. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 8:26 And the angel of the Lord spoke to Philip.
Acts 8:13 Miracles were done.
Acts 10:3-5 Soul saw Jesus.
Acts 5:19 Angel opens prison door.
So there you have it, a snippet of the kingdom with power.
