PengXin, has operated a cobalt mine in DRC.
I suspected the agreement between PengXin and Greatpower is related to supply cobalt to Greatpower. Greatpower is also partnering with JinChuan which is also on the following list and has operated copper and cobalt mine in DRC as well.

The sector is hot and will remain hot for next few years, imo.


There are 14 listed Chinese companies (most are multi-billion dollar companies) have invested in DRC mainly for cobalt and copper. there're also many unlisted Chinese companies have invested in DRC.
AVZ largest hard rock lithium deposit should attract Chinese interest.
