being a trader (successful or otherwise) is all well and good, but that experience does not imbue qualifications for a public company Director appointment - unless the company was involved in share trading.
He seems like a smart guy, and I have no doubt his focus is on turning around the share price. But I cannot see where his track record justifies his appointment, and subsequent ratification by shareholders.
