    Yes it is obvious capping, and has been going on for a while. But it does impact on holders.

    The capper is capping for a reason - but that reason isn't obvious to me. He's not trying to drive the price down, and there hasn't been much selling below the cap price to suggest he is trying to accumulate. So what's the reason?

    Obviously to stop the price running over 15, but why?
