I'm actually reasonably happy with them. At the risk of more garbage being thrown my way Sue Thomas does coaching with the same firm as one of my long time friends and ex-colleagues so I have also done a check that way. I have not met one person from that firm who is not excellent and I have met a few - but not her. I'm assuming that the intention is to watch both of them in their new role with the possibility that one of them becomes the Chair. The other Board members do not have ASX Board experience. I like that Sue Thomas has executive coaching experience as I happen to believe that Dirk will benefit from that and so she should earn her keep well.

I'm also reasonably happy with the outcomes of this year in a more general sense.
