GC seems to think it's a return to business as usual. He doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with the old branding, or any of his old approach.
I tried to straighten him out on this, but he is fixated on the idea that it's all the fault of Diasource and he hasn't made any mistakes.
This seems incredible to me.
We need to apply the new aspects of the model, including outsourcing which JM actually approves.
