Interesting thing I heard a few days ago, if the majority of shareholders vote against the boards re-numeration package, it goes to a second vote.
If it fails a second time then the entire board has to step down and a new board is to be elected.
(a group is trying to do this with CBA).
How many shares do us mugs on HC own that could form a block?
