    Correct me if i am wrong but arnt all of the major electronics manufacturers Japanese and Korean?

    This is the best possible outcome!

    They also get any of the cash that they gave 2 panorama for equity that hasnt been spent allready back!

    The SYN guys are accountants that specialize in administration of companies... they saw an oppertunity to double the value of SYN and they took it!
