Yes, definitely better, they don't slip out of ear and the buds are much sturdier and hold in the ear better. Nuheara needs to offer these as standard. I truly luv my buds and am hooked , must be with me always but was finding the tips nuheara provides frustrating b/c buds would eventually begin to slip out of ear however the comply tips have solved this problem.... you must try
