I view it as a positive
They will have the option to hit the sophisticated investor atm if/when a good deal comes up, puts them in the running with bigger players when competing for choice acerage.
If COE needs funds for a big development, ie kurnia or Gurame, then they have a bit more time to organize capital and should look after shareholders with a rights issue whatever.
