My thinking is different. I want to find out more.
I could ask:
- why do the American lenders not wanting us to know how SGH is going right now?
- why do the American lenders not wanting to value SGH the proper way being the discounted cash flow method?
- why do the American lenders want SGH UK 100%? (ie $1billion WTG lawsuit/NIHL)
- why do the American lenders send us to vote without the relevant facts?
That is some of the questions I want answered before voting.
Somehow I don't think they will be answered by the American lenders and the SGH board.
That is why I vote NO to the lenders proposal and the SGH board.
It would be too risky otherwise.
