The company is pleased to announce that it has established a 100% wholly own subsidiary "ICO-N Pty Ltd". The purpose for the establishment of this subsidiary will be for a direct investment into a crypto currency exchange and blockchain technology.
The company would also like to advise that during its recent trip to North America negotiations have moved to an advanced stage, and a further related opportunity in cybersecurity has also been identified. The company anticipates further updates to be made to the market, on or before the company AGM which is due to be held on November 27, 2017.
