I know you are not the sharpest tool in the toolbox Sohei so I will spell it out again.
SGHs American lenders came to Australia thinking they could run over us SGH shareholders by deceiving us. Deception it is when someone is not telling SGH shareholders highly relevant facts before the vote. In effect we are voting in the blind on past events where we should be voting on the now and the future.
To me there is only one viable option:
Vote NO to the American lenders proposal and NO to the SGH board.
Based on the deception from the American lenders it would be very risky to give away our shares for nothing. We could potentially be sitting on a goldmine. I always get suspicious when someone is hiding the truth from me. But that is me.
