sometimes I just can not believe how bad some of the directors are on some spec company's on the asx.
I mean these guys are on some pretty decent wages and have a high level of schooling, but some of there decision making and past performance's are just horrible.

I realize some are just happy to sit back and do as little as possible just so they can keep getting there director fee's and this can go on for years, I just don't get why they don't have a serious go and make their company prosper, it would be in there interest as well cause they normally hold significant shares.
