Reading the explanatory memorandum (sales document as I call it) SGH clearly are not bleeding cash anymore. What a quick turnaround!!
Have you ever rolled a snowball? Starts small and then quickly gets bigger. Could that be the same with SGH cash flow?
Unfortunately the American lenders have not been transparent with us so the only option for me is a big NO to their proposal and the SGH board.
