is this a good news story for heron, page-5

Have been looking at this good looking story.
In the short term Jump Up Dam seems to offer the SP stimulation.
However there are a couple of things I am not clear about with J.U. Dam :
1) Are Inco involved in the JU project at all, and if so
on what terms?
2) Funding. Is there a requirement for Heron to find more money than they already have and therefore need to have a new share placement meaning dilution. If so when is this likely to occur ?

Can anyone assist with these questions please?
