a bit concerned about the loans to the directors and management. How does that actually work. ? OK so a loan is given to buy shares and those shares are given to the staff...then they pay back in the future....is that how it works? Using the 20million $ just raised??????
Can you or someone explain just how these loans work....Just need someone with more savvy than me to give me the jist / gist of it....thanks
OH...and that director that got a lot of votes against him....Your thoughts....? thanks or anyone's for that matter I have been reading some of whta others think.
