With a gun at the head of ADO a new arrangement DIA took control.

DIA screwed ADO for every thing they could and did

GC was sidelined DIA directors had full control of ADO

DIA ran and promoted Diasource and cut funds and staff to ADO .

The lenders of last resort gave ADO the final blow ,sold out shattering the share price ,

The earn out was so onerous ADO had no choice but to Sell DIA or default losing all.

Was the DIA plan for ADO to default and take ADO for free after been paid $23 million?

Fortunately ADO had the right to sell and found a buyer and sold Diasourse.
