If we take the minimum 90kg then cost = $1100 × 90% is $99/T. But we'll be very generous and assume they can get a 50% discount on bulk buying, then Lime Costs are minimum of $50/T.
Labour and machinery costs have to be added, incurred in treating it & then in distributing it. Being conservative, well say $25/T. I say conservative because it would be quite a process & would have to be done in all weather conditions.
We are up to $75/T (minimum) without any charge for site use.
I can't see any change out of $100/T, unless of course its past off as General Fill - 1.4m tonnes of it. Haha. Fat chance the EPA is will let that happen.
Thats a bit upsetting for some because as General Fill it could be done for $25/T.
