I disagree that it's the fault of shareholders for not taking up the CR prior to Diasource purchase.
That's what GC likes to think. But it's plainly wrong. ADO shareholders had been tapped out by then.
It was one disappointment after another, and plenty of false dawns.
We can't just go forward without understanding the past. One key element is how poor previous management was. It was abysmal.
