I do worry about this sort of logic. The company needs to shift the needle somehow and must've been despondent about the share price. I would have much preferred them to not make statements along those lines and to just keep beating expectations with revenue or announcements of confirmed new business. That growth factor is probably based on the market size they're aiming to capture, so many speed bumps before it might be captured, so much opportunity to disappoint once again.

In the simplest terms the company needs to just state winning the profitable revenue, it gains nothing from crowing about potential or targets. If they truly don't need near term capital then they shouldn't care about the SP, indeed much better than say "we're going to have massive growth" is for Dirk, and the directors to just keep buying on market and put their money where their mouth is re SP/value disparity.
