I can half understand the issue of the options to the directors, the monetary value is not that large and the Directors fees paid are not substantial. BUT, I cannot understand the payment of the 24,200,000 options to company secretary and consultants to the company. Surely these people have all ready been paid for their services to the company.
Are the general shareholders getting screwed here??
