Correct nothing to do with raising money. They just want to rid themselves of the costly shareholders. People with less than $500 can bring their shares up to $500 but no more. So it will not impact shares outstanding."

So if they arent trying to raise money just get rid of the poepl below 500 bucks. go it. on the other site a few were saying that mcl lied about no dilution etc. and if this is all there is to it, the spp is pretty inconsequential. eh
