Firstly I'm not talking about the best case scenario CR we've had, I'm talking about them collectively (research the BY fiasco).
Secondly I agree that institutions won't put major money in until they can see clearly that they'll get returns.
So you missed the point that I posted about keeping our announcements in line with institutional communications!
Why look after them more than us (at least at this stage) after what they've previously done?
Perhaps not answering every post might help you understand what I was posting!
