A forecast PE is just one personal method for identifying current value . The cashflow will allow for growth in assets and ability to explore without placements also, but what I want to know is NWE fully priced based on earnings forecasted . No it isn't .
At a gross forecast PE of 4.5, I can easily see that the company fundamentals can justify a much higher shareprice . Reserves at Puffin currently may cap the shareprice from having a PE of 16 (unless NWE fnd alternative oil or AED increase reserves), but whilst it is trading at 4 and a half of earnings now coming in to NWE, I can without ambiguity say NWE is worth buying, accumulating and holding .
