Yes, I agree with your point re unknown Tivan royalties.
However, while p4 of the DFS says "The potential for the additional long-life revenue streams have not been incorporated into this update", the ore feed numbers for Tivan are specified in Table 2 & the overall Capex/Opex/Boot costs are projected.
Plus, we have the 3 key commodity "real" & "nominal" estimates projected.
So, we have pretty much what we need for back of an envelope calc...but this may not be bankable until we have the TiO2 offtake wrapped up? So much upside here.
Current SP seems to be disconnected from our advanced DFS position.
