class action on hao, page-14

I seriously believe the ASX have got this one wrong.The statements made against the figures presented by HAO as being inaccurate puts the ASX in an awkward position.,not only now but in previous years.
The ASX has failed in it's duty to make public it's findings against HAO not once but over several years.
The ASX has done a grave disservice to shareholders not only in Australia but to people like me in England who play the the Australian markets.
If I can't trust the ASX ,who can I trust ?
