I don’t know who your broker is but you are right 100000/8=12500 shares payable @ 7c. BUT next year
same amount 12500 options payable @ 11c if you wish to buy them which will then convert into ordinary shares.
For each share you buy at .07c you will get one option @ 11c which you can take up anytime until december 2018.
