I see our good honest friend Johnathonc on PIO at 99 and just give him the full 100 on my hotcopper app.
Guess who and what he's referring to, the clowns running ARV who also appear to have been set that there was going to be a J/V with Novo when ARV could of had Purdys all to itself and all it needed to do was scrape the top when EM got a call from the department of mines of disturbed ground (from what I've read it's all over the place)
so EM got a bulldozer to Purdys aswell as himself and just so happened Johnathonc touched down in his helicopter aswell and someone had a metal detecter and gold was found straight away.
So we have Edward Meads and the bulldozer and driver and Johnathon who also had a SPL which is a Special Prospecting Licence for Purdys and JC had also successfully panned for gold at Purdys and prospected on Fox resources two relingquished tenements adjacent to Purdys on the west side ? which he also informed EM about
but was told to F off ! so ? a syndicate of three people including JC aquired those two ex Fox resources leases and sold them to Novo in exchange for a little cash and Novo shares to be held in escrow for one year ?
Now ARV shareholders have a J/V partner in charge burning $2M for the earn in because its way more expensive now than what it had to be and after the initial $2m is spent ARV will have to start paying half the expenses and wait for Novo to release the first of the laboratory results which there is also a lack of dialouge to keep investers informed !
- When EM, JC and the bulldozer and driver were at Purdys metal detecting and digging up gold and EM is a geologist the ARV share price at max was four to six cents and a massive gold discovery announcement would have jumped the share price meaning all those capital raisings could have been done at a much higher share price resulting in less shares on issue as there are over 540,000 now and ARV wouldn't have had to give half of there easy surface pickings away.
If we have the likes of Mickey Manynames in the back ground and DL prepared to throw ARV investers and deceive them what else could be wrong.
I hold a fare few Fox resources shares and have been following from day one.
