I feel that the activities of management with regard to communication and the number of other companies they are involved in is a matter of concern for all shareholders.

It appears to me that we shareholders should be similarly blessed with shares in all these new floats as it is reasonable to assume that the groundwork was done under the advance/exm payroll.

I know that this is not a "battle", as there is nochance of a different outcome but I do feel strongly that these matters be noticed and discussed. I too believe that it is good for directors have shares in a company but there does come a point when greed takes over from the general good and i feel that this point has been reached.

BTW i have held shares since before the float and have done well but this is now one of the few energy companies going backwards when the fundementals and business plan are ver good.

it wouyld not surprise me if the shares had a real spike but i am not holding my breath.
