He is a related party to the applicants and it is wise to dismiss anything he posts.

Anyway, companies rarely report on tenement forfeiture claims action because it is so common that most of the time it is just noise. There is a whole world full of cowboys in the exploration arena creating all sorts of actions and mischievous behaviour ranging from midnight pegging sagas all the way through to claim jumping and everything in between.

Back in March-May 2016 the applicants, who in my judgement are just idiotic opportunistics, were told that their applications had to be approved by the Supreme Court because they were applied for without the consent of the Adminstrator for the company that held the tenements.

The idiots couldn't mount a case in the SC, but there were some of the tenements that didn't need the consent from the SC to apply. So the idiots proceeded with making the application for forfeiture on those few tenements allowed.

In early 2016 an offer was made to the applicants by KDR or MH Gold or both so the noise would go away. One of the idiots wanted to take the offer but the other idiots didn't so the offer was withdrawn. The noise has been humming away in the background ever since.

The idiots are basing their application on a technicality that carries little weight when the spirit of the law is considered by the Minister. All things considered as far as I understand them there is not a hope in hell that the Minister will not apply an exemption for KDR in this case.

So, bottom line there is noise going on and mud slinging happening as well. Just par for the road in the wild wild west.

    Cheers
