I"ll just clarify that.
OD may be the largest source of Uranium on the planet going forward. The Australian govt is not going to allow that uranium to be extracted from the ore outside Australia. One the uranium is out who cares. BHP will know this but no harm them postering to get various concessions.
Furthermore the American government is not going to allow that to happen anywhere but on a client governments soil. The American's will guard oversight of that uranium lifecycle, with or without the willing cooperation of any Australian government.
