Hi guys,
I'm just trying to determine TSN's current value (compared to market cap) and the potential for growth. I am quite new to this and still learning, so I enjoy hearing all perspectives on announcements.
Hoping some people might be able to help shed some light in a constructive manner - without resorting to insults as per some of the other threads I have been reading here...
Market Cap for TSN is ~19mil
The 25% of TSI is valued @ 9,75m (meaning 100% of TSI is 39m)
The DCX acquisition was 3.2m (not sure what DCX is actually valued at ?)
In the Appendix announcements, I understand that they have 2m in cash, but I'm not sure if that is before or after DCX acquisition
So from my very basic knowledge, TSN is worth 9.75m+3.2m+2m = 15m
And I read in one of the appendix reports that fair value for TSN was 12m. This was prior to DCX acquisition.
I can't seem to tell if the company is cash flow positive or not. The way I read things, it doesn't appear to be at the moment.
Purely based on the financials and the facts, what else would contribute to market cap ?
Cheers
