Even had they given a time frame there will still be debate.
What if they said 400-500% increase in sales volume by the end of Q4 CY2018. Is that conservative? Optimistic? Have they set too soon a date for that target? Too late a date?
As it is they said "next year". I think leaving it a bit ambiguous gives them some leeway to achieving their objective....
