I don't quite follow your reasoning.
I completely agree, to me BID is about all about the procurement and right now the end user (i.e businesses) are desperate to lower energy costs. One of my other holdings KOV has recently more than doubled their spend on energy. Surely big business is desperate for a BID type offering that will find them the cheapest rate. Then if you've got a couple of the suppliers using BID surely the others will have to follow. Are you saying the suppliers are deliberately avoiding BID? If so how could BID function at all and how could they be benefiting the likes of BP et al?
