    Broken its wedge but still needs confirmation tomorrow.

    Also as @RickDipper mentioned it may not be an accumulation ploy but perhaps it is related to a possibility of an acquisition via issuance of shares. If that is the case it would be in the best interest of the company being acquired to have the share price lower. Obviously this is just a hypothesis and can't be substantiated.
