China is #1 producer of titanium. If Tivan is the game changer PB, SMS et al believe it to be, they will be on the back foot. If I had Chinese Ti interests, i'd be capping the competition and hoping they didnt get finance.

Only way to take them out is to keep buying into their dumps.

Capping would go hand in hand with accumulation, even if at first glance that is not obvious.
If Tivan is the game changer here why are they not buying the ball to take it home ? Or at least buy enough shares in the ball so they have a say in the game played ?
