The AGM. Who's going & why, page-23

Hi everybody,
with only a few days to go, and I can't go to the AGM, I live in Perth, just a reminder
to those who can attend:

1. Please record the happenings for those who can't make it.

2. Note body language of Directors present.

3. In tackling  MUS's first ruby auction debacle, try to get the background story of Mustang
with the Artisinals, they did do the work, its the MUS staff on the ground that didn't monitor
their hard work properly or whatever.

4. To those not used to public speaking, write down your questions beforehand, practise reading
it out aloud - be very professional - you will impress.

5. Ask about the search for an - independent  MD.  When to be appointed, his/her brief ?  Power
to negotiate with third parties, in relation to both ruby leases and graphite leases - for a Joint Venture
or to sell part of a lease to obtain cash.  Time frame, this Quarter, Q1 2018 early like January.   Don't allow for waffle, that's already been done.

6. Sort out if possible MUS component of leases vs what Regius and Redstone own - this must be clarified,
MUS isn't a cash instrument for those entities - it must be its own legal entity.  Push them on this point. This is important as the new independent MD (working for ALL  shareholders) must know where he/she stands. And so be able to act - swiftly, ie  before Christmas if possible.

7.  Ask for more talent to be brought to the board as well.  A graphite specialist, a ruby specialist, in addition to a new MD.

8. On the graphite scene, those not familiar with the reports and stages required, would do well to read
the ASX reports of our neighbours - Triton Minerals and Battery Minerals, 2016 and 2017 announcements.
It will help you a lot, as well as show you what WE need to do.  Its my personal view that we need  a graphite/lithium megafactory partner straight away with Caula.  We need to get some real expertise and those with access to markets in Asia, Europe or North America on board with us, now !

not capable of being tackled at  THIS AGM.
