    In relation to the substantial holders notice just a thought, and correct me if l am barking up the wrong tree but looking at the 1 month chart for Soar coins there was a big spike the day BPG came out of suspension is it possible that the large holder/holders have offloaded a portion of their BPG holdings to Hoover up the Soarcoins? Anyone's thoughts on this theory would be appreciated!
