That's typical of most booming companies but having spoken to them from about 3 months ago. They now have an app/system that monitors your video from your 1st contact to dates of filming , to dates of editing and finally to date of production.
The average age of a BIG employee is just 25 ,I bet their fridges are stacked with smashed avocado's.
