What strange measure of shareholder "loyalty" is to be measured in the company simply giving out money?

Where is the declaration of "loyalty" in that".

In a value trasition stock like this, shareholders show loyalty by putting their capital on the line loyalty and trusting the capacities of management...and management reward this loyalty by increasing the entity value and corresponding market cap.

It is a mutual and rather intimate arrangement, espacially at such low market cap levels.

I mean...do you really believe WOW holders are being loyal, putting their capital at risk to build a company from nothing, or do you think maybe...just maybe...investors in stocks like WOW couldn't actually give a fag about the whole concept of "loyalty" beyond tax-effective stagnation...and are really just focused on such things as dividend yield and rising share price?

What sort of "loyalty" is bought in this way?

I fear you miss the whole point of the "market" at times.

CVI are giving existing shareholders a reward for the "loyalty" of being a holder, supporting the company at time of significant transition...one which will make or break them down the track.

They are also rewarding people for not selling their shares...and most importantly, are measuring this "loyalty" by asking for one more hop on the left foot to prove ones authenticity prior to gaining absolute entry.

An entirely appropriate appriach in my view.

Whilst a few "temporaries" will jump on for a quick fix...the vast majority of the 284m shares listed will in fact be obtaining an significant "reward"...of course, after one last test of their faith in the form of a 4c "nominal" test.

Anyway...hope you had a nice day at work today Clackers...need to give those kids of yours an example of decent work ethics so they do not feel so bad the next time you make them work through their xmas break.

But remeber Clackers, we are all flawed and it is never a good idea to assume we are beyond a little market or indeed life education...I fear at times your love for all things "instututional" may eventually see you end up in one.
