rugby league has been testing for years but its the clubs who were testing and not the nrl. clubs didn't have to make public any tests. its only lately that the nrl has bought in their own testing and 2 strike policy. nrl and afl are still doing more than other sports. at least players are not doing performance enhancing drugs and cheating like other sports.
