0132 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Morgan Stanley initiates coverage of ARC Energy (ARQ.AU) with overweight rating. Says ARC is undervalued, trading 12% below DCF valuation while most of its peers trade at about 16% premium. Says appraisal of existing discoveries could boost ARC oil reserves and the company is also taking part in plenty of exploration. "One or two large discoveries could drive a major re-rating," MS says. Target price set at A$1.90. ARC trading up 5.5% at A$1.545. (APW)
