Change from Lib Giles to Labour's Gunner has also changed the NTEPA format we were working with. This could explain the delay.
As for credibility PB should not have said EIS would be in by the end of the year and now saying six months possibly...better off saying the latter from the start. He might get it right one day and the market might start believing him.

NT Labour goverment has had the opposite effect on what Gunners promise was to create jobs over his term.
Dan Murphy for example: $40million sitting on Labour's table for the last year held up on red tape over the size of Dan Murphy's floor space. 40mil much needed dollars for the NT and they qibble over a few extra metres of allowable floor space.
I believe same thing is happening with TNG too many clowns in the system where nothing gets done.
So much for creating jobs.Mining industry has dropped off and with it realestate. worse in Aust mainly being change in government.
