just a quicky for now as I'm out the door for an evening class. It's based on the much higher amount of tech start-ups in the US compared to here - relatively speaking - and how many of them have not done well; think the dot.com boom. The measure of their success is whether they are still listed etc. Australia has been more successful comparatively. I'll provide some evidence later from earlier reading.
Most importantly, is my point that foreign tech start-ups are wanting to list here. The question is, why?
