yip this puppy is moving up still with no new companies been bought since the last one it that time the market has rerated this stock as a growth stock, with each new purchase if they can get them at a 4.5ish P/E this will add to earnings straight away quite a bit higher than the finance cost.
I can see this stock as a take over target by a bigger multi national no question
